Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bailie Bilt, we strive to provide an exceptional custom build experience for our customers. This fulfillment policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the fulfillment process for custom orders. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Order Placement and Confirmation

Customers can place custom build orders through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Once an order is received, we will review the specifications and requirements provided by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates legal or ethical standards.

Build Process

Once the design and specifications are approved, our team will commence the custom build. The build process may involve sourcing and assembling various components, modifications, and installations according to the approved design. We will strive to complete the build within the agreed-upon timeline, but unforeseen circumstances or customizations may affect the estimated completion date.

Updates and Communication

We will provide regular updates to the customer throughout the build process, including milestone notifications and any significant changes or delays. Customers are encouraged to communicate any concerns, questions, or additional requirements during the build process.

Quality Assurance

We take pride in the quality of our custom builds and conduct thorough quality checks before delivery. Our team will ensure that the final product meets the approved design and specifications. Any defects or issues identified during the quality assurance process will be addressed promptly, either through repairs or replacements.

Delivery or Pickup

Once the custom build is completed and has passed the quality assurance checks, we will contact the customer to arrange delivery or pickup. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer prior to the completion of the build process.

Refunds and Cancellations

If a customer wishes to cancel their custom order, they must notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the build process and any customizations already made, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation.

Refunds for canceled orders, after deducting the applicable cancellation fee and any hard costs accrued, will be issued within 30 of the cancellation request.

Returns and Warranty

Due to the nature of custom builds, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If a customer believes there is a defect or an error, they must notify us within 14 of receiving the vehicle.

We may request supporting documentation or arrange for an inspection to assess the claim. If a defect or error is confirmed, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue, which may include repairs, replacements, or partial refunds, based on the specific circumstances.

Modifications and Warranty

Any modifications or alterations made to the custom build after delivery may void the warranty provided by Bailie Bilt. Customers should consult with our team or refer to the warranty terms for guidance on permissible modifications.

Liability

Bailie Bilt is not liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries resulting from the use or operation of the products sold through Bailie Bilt or Restorations after delivery. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable traffic laws and regulations and for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications.
